CROSS CULTURAL CONNECTIONS

This work represents the innermost thoughts and feelings of an artist with a lovely mind. It is an attempt to tide over the boundary- that ephemeral and the eternal moment.

Art fosters understanding between communities by communicating ideas through memorable visuals. The intent of this artwork is to promote understanding and amity between different communities of the World. My art has images of pure forms, expressive surfaces, as well as the role of magic and metamorphosis in the use of materials.

The wider relevance of what an artist is doing often escapes the artist, as does its relative significance. He puts his work in the world and what the world makes of it is, in the last resort, outside his control. The viewer with trained eyes and mind adds to the meaning of an art work.

Despite the fact art encompasses individual works and cultures which are different geographically; their far – reaching impact on the community includes the enhancement of social cohesion. These rather intangible human artifacts are crucial to bringing the world together beyond the limitations of time , geography and backgrounds.
